Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of New Grace Business and Financial Consulting LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

We provide management consulting services including but not limited to financial planning, budgeting, business strategy, and operational consulting. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual engagement agreements or proposals.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Pay all fees according to the agreed-upon terms
• Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary methodologies or materials we provide
• Use our services and advice in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

Fees and Payment

Fees for our services will be specified in individual engagement agreements. Payment terms, including due dates and accepted payment methods, will be outlined in your invoice or agreement. Late payments may be subject to interest charges or suspension of services.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business matters. We will not disclose your confidential information to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent. This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of our engagement.

Intellectual Property

All materials, methodologies, and deliverables created specifically for your engagement become your property upon full payment. However, we retain ownership of our general methodologies, templates, and pre-existing intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

Our services consist of professional advice and recommendations. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our advice or for outcomes resulting from factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question.

Professional Standards

We adhere to professional standards of conduct and ethics in all our engagements. However, our services do not constitute legal, tax, or accounting advice. We recommend consulting with appropriate licensed professionals for such matters.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. We will provide all completed work and return any client materials.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
